Our specialty and preference is to work with large groups. We know the group contract world inside and out and that’s where we really shine.

One of the best parts about NSTT is that we’re a small business. You’ll have the personal contact info of the person who knows your itinerary inside and out, because they built it! In case of emergency, you don’t have to fumble through 3 levels of a phone tree and then wait on hold. Just call or text and we’ll be there for you.

We do this for a living! When you give us your preferences, we know where to look to find multiple options that will get you what you need. Then, when it comes to traveling groups, there are always different timelines, deadlines, submission requirements, and contracts. Every hotel chain and airline has different timelines or policies, and it’s our job to keep track of them all! When it’s gametime, you want your best forward playing forward and your goalie in goal. When it comes to travel, let the travel experts knock it out for you while you prepare your team for victory.

We ask for one year to 6 months for a trip to move from initial quoting to traveled. If it is on the smaller end, 10-15 people, we can usually do this in 3-4 months.

We bill in installments based on the contracts provided by the vendors for your groups.
